Anchor Loan
- WCCU deposits and secures loan funds into your sub-savings account. (You don't need money up-front.)
- You make regular payments.
- Once the loan is paid off, the money is yours.
- No credit pull and proof of income isn't mandatory (but may be requested in some instances).
- Build or grow your credit!
Stepping Stone Loan Program
- Step One: Get started by making an appointment with a certified finacial counsellor.
- Step Two: Let us equip you with a $500 share-secured loan. We issue the loan funds into a sub-savings account, and them lock them there. Once paid in full over six months, the money is yours to take or to roll into a share-secured Visa credit card.
- Step Three: Continue your credit journey with a $1,000 share-secured loan for 12 months and repeat the process, with your financial counselor guiding you along the way.
With our Stepping Stone Program, our certified financial counselors will work with you to build your credit, practice healthy saving habits, and find your path to financial wellbeing. We have specific loans that don’t require you to have cash up-front and in short order, you’ll have a positive credit history established.
