ATM

24/7/365 access at our ATM in front of building. Or use any credit union ATM with a CO-OP logo and your transaction is free of charge. You can also use your Wexford Community Credit Union ATM card to access your account at thousands of locations throughout the world, remember there will be a charge when not used at a CO-OP ATM.

  • Make deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, transfer money between your accounts, make a loan payment from your sub-account.
  • No fees if used at a CO-OP ATM. *Reminder: Deposits made in ATM will not be credited to your account for 48 hours.

Debit MasterCard®

Think of your Debit MasterCard® as a “plastic check.” Like an ATM card, the Debit MasterCard® is linked to your checking account, which means you can use it at ATMs around the world. And since Debit MasterCard® is also part of the MasterCard® network, you can use it just like a credit card to make purchases. But instead of charging purchases, the amount is deducted automatically from your checking account, so there are no finance charges. It is also easy to keep track of your cash, since your purchases are listed on your monthly checking statement.

It’s Safe and Easy to Use.

With the Debit MasterCard®, you do not have to carry large amounts of cash or a bulky checkbook. (One tip: Be sure to keep your receipts and record your purchases in your checkbook.) You will also enjoy an extra measure of privacy. Unlike writing a check, when you use the Debit MasterCard® you do not have to reveal your home address and telephone number. Plus, the Debit MasterCard® is faster than writing a check, since you do not have to present any identification.

  • Accepted anywhere you see the MasterCard® symbol, yet there are no credit charges
  • Money to pay for purchases is deducted from your checking account

ACH/Payroll Direct Deposit

ACH Direct Deposit/Payroll Direct Deposit offers greater security and you can relax on payday because your money will be automatically deposited into your Wexford Community Credit Union account, without the inconvenience of having to stand in long lines. And there is no Service Charge on Share Draft (Checking) Accounts with net ACH Direct Deposit or net Payroll Direct Deposit.

ACH Direct Deposit

You can have your net Social Security, Civil Service, Railroad, Military, Pension directly deposited into your Wexford Community Union account.

Set Up ACH Direct Deposit

To set up ACH Direct Deposit, you will need to provide the following information to the source you receive your check from:

• The Credit Union’s ABA routing and transit number which is 272477322
• Your Credit Union member account number, including the suffix of the account you want the deposit to be made to.
(Example: If your account number is 1234 and you want your check deposited into your Regular Share (Savings) Account, you will give your account number as 1234000. Or if you want your check deposited into your Share Draft (Checking) Account, you will give your account number as 1234008).

Payroll Direct Deposit

Your payroll can be direct deposited into your account each paycheck weekly, bi-weekly or twice a month.

Set Up Payroll Direct Deposit
To set up payroll direct deposit, contact our Member Service Representative for more information or to set up. If you have a loan and want to make payments from payroll, please see a loan officer to set up.
Loan payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or twice a month with your payroll direct deposit. This will save you interest and pay off the loan sooner.

Fax

Wexford Community Credit Union can fax papers for members.
Incoming/Outgoing within the State of Michigan – $1.00 per page.
Incoming/Outgoing Out of State – $1.00 per page.

Money Orders/Cashier’s Checks

Money Orders are available to members of Wexford Community Credit Union for amounts up to $1,000.00, cost $1.50. Cashier Checks are available to members of Wexford Community Credit Union for any amount, cost $2.50.

Night Depository

Wexford Community Credit Union has a night depository on the front of our building available for member’s deposits and loan payments.

To use the night depository simply put your deposit or loan payment along with a deposit slip or piece paper – indicating your name, member number and what sub-account number you want the money or cash deposited to or what loan number you want to make a payment on, place in a sealed envelope.

The night depository is checked Monday – Friday each morning (excluding holidays), they are then posted to member’s account and you are sent a receipt. There is no charge for this service.

Wire Transfers

You can wire transfer funds to any financial institution from your Wexford Community Credit Union account or have funds transferred to your credit union account from any financial institution.

When wiring from your Wexford Community Credit Union account – You will need the following information when wiring from your Wexford Community Credit Union account:

  1. Name and complete physical address of the financial institution you are wiring to.
  2. Their ABA/Routing and Transit number
  3. The account number funds that are to be deposited into
  4. The Full name and physical address for the person or entity that appears on the account funds will be deposited to

To wire to your Wexford Community Credit Union account, you will need to tell the financial institution you are wiring from to:

  1. Wire to Alloya Corporate FCU, ABA routing number – 271987635
  2. With further credit to Wexford Community Credit Union, ABA routing number – 272477322
  3. With final credit to your account

EXAMPLE (if your account number is 12345):

Account Number 12345000 for savings
Account Number 12345008 for checking

Costs: Outgoing – $15.00 Incoming – $ 5.00
